          DELIVER-IT GREEN

Save Time - Save Money - Save The Environment

Deliver It believes in ethical and corporate social responsibility, reducing our carbon footprint, knowing what is green technology, showing examples of green technology, using eco friendly light bulbs, eco friendly packaging materials and eco friendly plastic packaging. We'll take care of our world one package at a time. Join Deliver-It and their efforts to help save our environment.

Our company has made an important commitment to the community and made the decision to "GREENIFY" its work flow.

Deliver-It's CEO, Laura Neubauer shares their vision "We are very excited about this new vision for Deliver-It! The decision for our company to GO GREEN was a "no brainer".  We believe a successful business is dependent on creating a healthy and motivational environment for all.  Plus years ago, it cost businesses more to live green, that's not the case anymore. Operating a green business is not only good for the environment, but adds to our company's bottom line because cutting down on waste saves money.  We will continue to take the necessary steps towards being more environmentally friendly by reducing the waste in our offices and business operations.  Plus we want to share the message. We want it to be simple to understand and "hip", for everyone.  "We want to steer away from the sandal-wearing, granola eating, tree hugging stereotype."

Deliver-It will share ways that have been successful to them.
And give tips on how you can also join in a greener lifestyle.

So can you DIG IT! "Deliver-It Green"

Avoid waste and increase your efficiencies by utilizing our services in your daily business.

        GREEN TIPS "Let's Get Started"

The power to change your life, your business, your world is here and now.  Small steps in the right direction ultimately lead to a big difference in the environment.
Suggestions for your business to join Deliver-It Green in a new alliance for helping our environment.

        1. First step is to upgrade your lighting needs to compact fluorescent bulbs.

2.Then making photocopies, set your copier to use both sides of the paper.

3.In your next purchase of copier paper purchase recycled paper.  It is usually cheaper.

4.RECYCLE toner cartridges, cans, water bottles and small electronic devices.  Deliver-It Green will pick up some recyclables.

5.Use biodegradable cups at the water cooler and at the coffee machine.  NO STYROFOAM.

6.Instead of throw away pens use refillable pens.

7..Make a rubber band ball! Reuse office supplies including rubber bands and paperclips

        8. A laptop uses about six times less electricity than a desktop computer.

Suggestions to change your personal usage of goods and products in a GREEN environment.
1.Bring your own cloth bags when grocery shopping

2.Change light bulbs in your house to long lasting compact fluorescent bulbs.

3.Pack your families lunches in reusable containers rather than plastic bags.

4.RECYCLE, RECYCLE, RECYCLE: newspapers, cans, water bottles, foil and card board boxes.

5.Everyone seems to buy water in the water bottles while if you put in a water purifier on your faucet you could save money and the environment.  it takes hundreds of years to breakdown plastic in our landfills.

6.Buy products that are made with post consumer recycled materials.  (From recycle bins at your home)

7.Make sure the gas cap on your car is screwed on tight. (Fuel is a precious commodity)

8.Be sure to check you tires to make sure they are inflated to the correct pressure. This saves on fuel and increases efficiency.

9.Go organic! Food grown without pesticides, herbicides or chemicals are better for your health as well as our environment.

10.JUST SAY NO THANKS! If everyone in the US. said "No Thanks" to ATM receipts, it would save a roll of paper so long it could circle the equator 15 times.  JUST SAY NO THANKS!
